GENERAL INFORMATION

Our Programme generally comprises 2 x 45 minute or 3 x 30 minute sets though we are flexible.

We require the following basic facilities:

  * Flat space of 7 x 7 metres with good access between our vehicle and

  the stage (remember steel drums are heavy and cumbersome).

  * Secure parking for our truck and minibus

  * Changing room facilities for up to 22 musicians (male and female

  separate)

  * Access to the venue for at least an hour before and after for get-in

  and get-out

Technical requirements

In most cases no amplification or electricity required. There are two exceptions to this:

  * If the orchestra is part of an outdoor programme which includes

  amplified bands, we will require our instruments to be amplified too.

  * If you require an MC to introduce and explain the music (which we

  are happy to provide) a vocal microphone with stand will be

  necessary.
